Adrian McDole began his internet career in 1999 joining RealNetworks upon arriving in Seattle. Over the course of nearly 5 years, Adrian climbed the ranks from Administrative & Advertising Sales support to Partner Project Management for a key music subscription product. Adrian joined Avenue A | Razorfish in 2004 and worked in Senior Account Management on the Apple and then Harrah's Entertainment piece of business where he was responsible for managing over $7M in annual marketing spend. Adrian has extensive experience driving success for his clients in Display and Search Marketing.

Tim Wisner

Tim Wisner launched his interactive marketing career in 1999 at Seattle based startup, Virtual Communities. While there he was responsible for over $4M in annual online advertising sales. In 2001 he co-founded, Zoics Inc., which specialized in Search Engine Marketing and white-hat SEO tactics, accumulating an online marketing network with over 100 Million monthly page views. After selling his share of Zoics in 2005, Tim has worked for Bellevue based consultancy, Ascentium Corporation, and Seattle based mobile media company, Blue Frog Media, where he was responsible for managing online marketing budgets in excess of $1M.

Fabian Ahmadi

Fabian Ahmadi joined Don't Blink in December 2006. He previously worked for Big Fish Games, Inc where he was responsible for the European business including the acquisition of French game developer Funpause in 2005. Fabian's specialties at Don't Blink include SEM, site analytics and site optimization. Fabian is originally from Germany but now calls Seattle his home.

Previous to joining Don't Blink, Sarah worked for a full-service market research company, specializing in qualitative research project management. Sarah currently provides cross-channel analysis of display and paid search campaigns, manages and optimizes on creative opportunities, and implements and manages paid search campaigns.
